Exchange Risks and Disclaimer
An arbswap.net order converts one cryptocurrency into another under the calculation and payment conditions you review before sending. Read those conditions alongside the network and receiving details rather than relying on a market reference price alone.
Read the Order Terms Before Payment
A floating result can change before the conversion rate is set. A fixed quote preserves the agreed result only when its exact payment and timing conditions are satisfied.
Service charges and the payout network cost are shown with the calculation. The sending wallet’s transfer cost is separate, and a reference chart does not include every condition of an executable order.
Separate Service Processing from Network Results
The service processes deposits, conversion and payouts. Blockchain inclusion, required confirmations and the receiving platform’s own crediting decisions can add time outside the service’s processing interval.
A payout hash shows a broadcast transaction; it is not a promise that every hosted recipient has already credited its customer account. Network disruption or a paused route can also affect availability.
Wallet and Receiving-Platform Responsibilities
You choose the asset, network, amount and destination used for the order. Check the recipient’s actual deposit instructions, including any required additional reference, before paying.
A valid-looking address does not prove that the destination supports the token or that you control it. Sending on the wrong network, entering an unrelated token contract or using another customer’s deposit details can create a loss that is not recoverable through an ordinary refund.
Completed blockchain transfers generally cannot be cancelled. Contact support promptly if you identify a mistake; investigating a recovery possibility is not a guarantee that funds can be recovered.
Availability, Market Risk and Information
Cryptocurrency prices can change substantially. A stablecoin’s dollar reference does not make it a bank deposit or remove issuer, market, network and platform risks.
The guides on this site explain practical concepts and actions. They do not provide individualized investment, tax or legal advice, and they do not promise a return from holding or exchanging ARB.
arbswap.net operates independently of the Arbitrum Foundation, ArbitrumDAO and the Arbswap decentralized exchange. Our service is a crypto-to-crypto exchange rather than a staking or investment account.
